Here is our 8 step process to turn customers’ ideas into a smoothly working lift.
Requirement Gathering
We note down what you need in terms of type, design, capacity, budget etc. and establish a clear brief of your requirements.
Site Visit
Then we visit the site for a technical analysis and to have a better view of the whole project to further work on the commercials.
Consulting
This is where we define the scope of the project and present our ideas, and suggestions to fulfil your need in the best possible manner.
Design
If you decide to work with us then everything we discussed so far starts to get a shape at designing stage.
Manufacturing
Once the design is finalized and approved our production team starts manufacturing the lift as per the design plan and delivery timeline.
Installation
Once the lift is ready and passed through the pre installation quality checks, it’s time for delivery and installation on site.
Handover
After the successful installation and mandatory quality checks, our team hands over the lift to you that works exactly the way you need it to.
After Sales Service
Post installation, we are on hand for any service related queries or support to make sure that you seamlessly enjoy your lift.
